Scheduling Policies:

*If you request/book a service incorrectly, our stylists may not be able to satisfy your expectations. For example, if you book a “color retouch” and you expect highlights or a cut with your service, you will only be getting your roots colored. If you book a “full head color” but want an ombre, we simply won’t have time to give you an ombre or highlights.

*Haute Headz Salon & Spa understands that schedules change and therefore requests at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.

*A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or for which guests are a "no-show" will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount.
